國際貿(mào)易英文合同書的構(gòu)成

國際貿(mào)易中使用的英文合同通常都是由一下幾部分內(nèi)容構(gòu)成的：
1 標(biāo)題
2 前言(Non-operative Part)：包括導(dǎo)入部分和說明條款(recitals=whereas clause + consideration)，其中導(dǎo)入部分由日期(date)、簽訂地(place)和當(dāng)事人(parties)三部分組成。
3 正文部分(Operative Part)：
——應(yīng)履行的展物的具體條款內(nèi)容（包括合同通行的條款和單獨(dú)的具體條款)
——履行債務(wù)過程中出現(xiàn)問題時(shí)的處理?xiàng)l款
——合同出現(xiàn)變更情況時(shí)的處理?xiàng)l款
——爭(zhēng)議的解決條款.`
4 結(jié)尾部分：一般由結(jié)束語、簽名和蓋章三部分組成
5 附注/附表 (Schedules, Exhibits, Appendices or Annexes.cnexp

英文合同-前言的導(dǎo)入部分的構(gòu)成

參照前面提供的“英文合同書文本示例”，英文合同前言的導(dǎo)入部分一般由三部分組成:
1. 合同簽訂日期
2. 合同簽訂地點(diǎn)
3. 合同當(dāng)事人

國際貿(mào)易英文合同的標(biāo)題

和中文合同書一樣，英文合同也需書寫標(biāo)題。而擬定標(biāo)題是為了使合同內(nèi)容一目了然，合同標(biāo)題本身沒有特別的法律效力，且對(duì)合同內(nèi)容也沒有影響。報(bào)關(guān)員考試
標(biāo)題的書寫多根據(jù)合同或協(xié)議的類型而定，如：
