　2．公司產(chǎn)品介紹。一般是對(duì)本公司經(jīng)營(yíng)產(chǎn)品的整體情況的介紹，也可以是對(duì)對(duì)方感興趣的某些特定產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行推薦性的介紹。產(chǎn)品介紹一般包括印刷品質(zhì)量、價(jià)格水平，銷路等，同時(shí)為了對(duì)方更詳細(xì)了解本公司產(chǎn)品，通過還附上目錄、價(jià)目表或郵樣品等。

　三、結(jié)尾部分

　通過結(jié)尾部分包括盼對(duì)方盡快回音、下定單或告知意見并表示敬意等語(yǔ)句。
