DAP - Delivered At Place 目的地交貨；

DDP - Delivered Duty Paid完稅后交貨；

EXW - Ex Works工廠交貨；

FCA - Free Carrier 貨交承運人。

第二類：適用于海運和內(nèi)河運輸。

CFR - Cost and Freight成本加運費；

CIF - Cost,Insurance and Freight 成本保險費加運費；

FAS - Free Alongside Ship 裝運港船邊交貨；

FOB - Free On Board裝運港船上交貨；
