　1. 老外不習慣算數(shù)。如果要表達金額的時候，最好一次性告訴客戶總金額是多少。比如一臺機器，說少一種功能，少多少錢，老外不習慣這樣的方式。而是要清楚地告訴客戶，他購買的產(chǎn)品有什么功能，是什么價格。

　2. 文中，客戶提出降低利息，由于談判已進行一段時間，為了和客戶盡快展開合作，最后答應客戶提出降低利息的要求，雙方最終確認付款方式是L/C60天，客戶同意并支付USD1500的利息。
