發(fā)過郵件,如果客戶沒回,不要泄氣,第二天直接打電話騷擾。打到前臺,轉(zhuǎn)到采購經(jīng)理那,跟他聊。聊的內(nèi)容,呵呵,寫幾個參考:
1)是否收到我的郵件?確認郵箱。
2)談談他們對貨物的具體需求:質(zhì)量、價格還有用途方面有沒有什么特殊要求?
3)談談自己對當?shù)厥袌龅目捶?,介紹自己有哪些產(chǎn)品可以在配合客戶的銷售,成為BESTSELLER?
順便根客戶了解一下當?shù)厥鞘袌銮闆r,驗證自己之前的判斷是否準確?

總之目的兩個,獲得直接聯(lián)系人的聯(lián)系方式,和讓客戶知道有自己這么個人。
說一下我的粘人功,自小修煉到如今~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~`

接到客戶詢盤,我針對性的回復以后客戶直接忽視我的存在,沒有理我,那我會在之后的兩天里給客戶一份認真的報價;
如果還不理我,我就接著在發(fā)信或者打電話騷擾,我會繼續(xù)跟客戶確認產(chǎn)品信息,是否有什么問題?是價格的問題?還是別的?

如果還不回信,我再次騷擾,直接問是什么原因不回我呢?是不是已經(jīng)選擇了別的家?別家價格低么?你為什么不選擇我的呢?反正是真誠請教。

如果客戶依然不回,我會做一個最簡單的yes or no 的questionair 大致是,

你們是不是經(jīng)營。。。。。。產(chǎn)品
2)你們是不是進口。。。。。產(chǎn)品呢?
3)你們是不是從中國進口呢?
4)如果不是,那通常是從哪個國家進口呢?
為什么不從中國進口呢?價格?質(zhì)量?交期
