客戶很忙,長(zhǎng)話短說(shuō)大家都很忙,因此跟客戶進(jìn)行簡(jiǎn)短的介紹,可以使用以下兩個(gè)句型:
I’m sure you’re quite busy at the moment, so I’ll be very brief.我知道您現(xiàn)在很忙,所以我會(huì)用很簡(jiǎn)短的話說(shuō)明。(長(zhǎng)話短說(shuō))
I won’t take very much of your time.我不會(huì)占用您太多時(shí)間。
向客戶提問(wèn)題,參與談話一旦引起客戶的注意,最好讓他們參與到談話中??梢韵蛩麄兲釂?wèn),分享以下2種提問(wèn)方式:
